December 12, 2022 | Women's Soccer
CORVALLIS, Ore. – The Oregon State women's soccer team signed Regan Berg to the 2023 team on Monday.
"We are very excited about the addition of Regan," noted head coach Lauren Sinacola. "She is a dynamic player that will add fire power and experience to our attack. Regan will also add to the level of competitiveness and hunger in our squad. We believe Regan will be extremely influential to our success in the fall."
A graduate transfer from Ohio, Berg helped pace the Bobcat offense in her senior season with 21 points – eight goals and five assists – along the way to a 10-win season and an appearance in the Mid-American Conference tournament. She was selected first team All-MAC following the 2022 campaign.
The Kalamazoo, Mich. product notched a pair of both match-winning goals and multi-goal matches, including a hat trick in a 3-2 road win over conference foe, Eastern Michigan. In a seven-match stretch in October, she tallied at least a point in six.
In the 2021 season, she logged seven points – a pair of goals and three assists – in 13 matches and seven starts. She clocked 1,485 minutes on the field in her last two seasons for the Bobcats.
Talented also in the classroom, she was tabbed to College Sports Communicators' All-District team with her 3.88 GPA.
