
Beavers Host ASU in Pair of Back-to-Back Matches

• Oregon State will host Arizona State for back-to-back games on Thursday at 12 pm (PT) and Friday at 11 am in Gill Coliseum. Friday's game will be the Beavers' Dam Cancer game, they will wear their pink uniforms.

AGAINST THE SUN DEVILS
• Oregon State trails the all-time series with Arizona State, 22-46.
• The Sun Devils took both matches last year, winning 3-0 in Tempe and 3-2 in Corvallis.Â
• OSU's last beat ASU in Oct. 2018, 3-1 in Tempe.
SCOUTING ARIZONA STATE
• Arizona State topped 8th-ranked Washington in three straight sets to open the season, but has since lost its last five games.
• In their last outing, the Sun Devils fell in three sets to No. 8 Utah.
• On the offensive end, Iman Isanovic is leading ASU with 93 kills and 3.88 kills per set.
• Defensively, Annika Larson has team-highs of 101 digs and 4.21 digs per set. Kennedi Boyd leads the team with 29 blocks along with 1.21 blocks per set.

• OSU dropped both matches to No. 11 Washington, falling 3-1 on Feb. 4 and 3-0 on Feb. 6 in Seattle.

• Freshman Mychael Vernon led the Beavers during the series with 22 kills, while Maddie Goings led OSU with 20 combined digs in the two outings.

• Freshman Mychael Vernon made her career debut in the Beavers' series against Washington, starting both games.
 • The Ossining, N.Y. native recorded a team-high 10 kills on a team-best 31 attempts along with an assist, ace, solo block, and six digs on Feb. 4.
• In the second match against Washington, Vernon notched a team-leading 12 kills with an assist, block, and four digs.
