Tres Tinkle Selected To NABC All-District First Team

CORVALLIS, Ore. – Tres Tinkle was selected to the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) District 19 First Team on Monday, as selected and voted on by member coaches of the NABC in NCAA Division I.
It's the second-straight year Tinkle has been selection to a NABC District First Team.

Tinkle is the only Oregon State player in the top 10 on the program's career scoring (first, 2,233), rebounding (second, 882), assists (tied for eighth, 374) and steals (fifth, 196) lists.
He holds the Oregon State records for career free throws made (570), consecutive free throws made (35) and consecutive games scoring in double figures (96).
Tinkle was a three-time All-Pac-12 First Team selection and a three-time Pac-12 All-Academic honoree.
About the National Association of Basketball Coaches
Located in Kansas City, MO, the NABC was founded in 1927 by Phog Allen, the legendary basketball coach at the University of Kansas. Allen, a student of James Naismith, the inventor of basketball, organized coaches into this collective group to serve as Guardians of the Game.
