What is your favorite thing about playing at Oregon State?
The atmosphere of the school, the scenery and the culture of the softball team that I get to be a part of at OSU.
How would you describe what it's like playing for Coach Berg and her staff?
Refreshing. The experience has been amazing so far. I am grateful to spend my last year playing for this staff and team.
At what age did you know you wanted to play softball in college? What made you realize this goal?
Probably around nine-years-old when I started pitching. My parents put the idea into perspective and reminded me that I was good enough to play at the highest level.
What are you studying in grad school and what do you enjoy about it?
I am in the Interdisciplinary program which allows me to pick three concentrations that are combined together for one integrated master's degree. My concentrations are Human Development and Family Studies, Sociology and Political Science. I enjoy this program because it allows me to study topics I am interested in and that will prepare me for Law School.
Who has had the biggest influence on your softball career? Â
My parents. They have supported me from day one and pushed me to be the player I am today.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Funny enough, I have always wanted to live in Oregon, which I am getting to do right now which is great.
What actress would you have to play you in a movie about your life?
Rachel McAdams
Do you have any pregame rituals or traditions?
I like to listen to classical music before every game to calm down and focus.
If you could have dinner with any person, dead or alive, who would it be?
Amy Winehouse and Lady Gaga
