OSU Softball Turf Project to Begin This Week

CORVALLIS – The Oregon State softball program announced that the OSU Softball Turf Project is set to begin later this week.
The turf project includes replacing the outfield grass with an artificial turf surface and replacing the infield dirt with new dirt at the OSU Softball Complex. These upgrades will provide the softball team with one of the best overall fields in the country.
The new playing surface is the latest installation to the OSU Softball Complex after the Babb family donated the money prior to last season to add lights, allowing night games for the first time in program history.
