Jake Harvey hit a game-winning triple in the eighth and Ryan Ober followed that with a three-run home run to help send Oregon State to an 8-4 win over Arizona on Thursday. The Beavers scored the game's final seven runs for the come-from-behind win.

The College Baseball Foundation released its watch lists late Wednesday and the Beavers are well represented. Brandon Eisert, Bryce Fehmel and Jake Mulholland are on the Pitcher of the Year watch list (69 pitchers total on the list). Beau Philip, meanwhile, is on the Brooks Wallace Award watch list (top shortstop - 51 players on the list).
Opener Versus Arizona
Thursday's win pushed the Beavers to a series-opening victory over Arizona for the sixth time in the last seven years. Oregon State has gone on to win the series in four of those six series.

The top five batters in Oregon State's lineup combined to go 10-for-21 with a double, triple, two home runs and seven RBI in the series opener. While the six through nine spots in the order did not get a hit, they did combine to draw four walks.

Adley Rutschman's inside-the-park home run Thursday was his second in as many seasons; he hit one on April 3 versus Nevada last season. A Beaver had list hit an inside-the-park home run on April 3, 2010 when Michael Miller did so at USC.
