Last Game
George Mendazona hit a solo home run in the 11th to send Oregon State to a 4-3 win over Washington Sunday. The Beavers swept the Huskies for the first time since 2005 after winning 1-0 Friday and 10-7 on Saturday. Jake Mulholland got out a no-out, bases-loaded jam in the 10th to earn his first win via three scoreless innings.

Big Fly
George Mendazona's 11th-inning home run Sunday marked the first round tripper of his collegiate career. It was also Oregon State's first home run in extra innings since Adley Rutschman's inside-the-parker April 3 last season versus Nevada. The Beavers have just three extra-inning home runs dating back to 2015 when KJ Harrison walked off versus Fresno State.

Familiar, But Not Familiar
San Diego State played in the 2018 Corvallis Regional but the Beavers did not meet the Aztecs. The teams last played in 2016 when splitting a pair of games at Goss Stadium. Oregon State has won five of the last six and 8-of-10 versus San Diego State.

Eisert Top Pac-12 Pitcher
Brandon Eisert was named as the Pac-12 Conference's Pitcher of the Week on Monday after limiting Washington to four hits and two walks in 6 1/3 scoreless innings Friday. He is second in the conference with six wins and fourth with 44 strikeouts.

Non-Conference
Oregon State comes into Tuesday's game with a 13-2-1 record in non-conference play. The Beavers are striving to move closer to 20 wins in non-conference play for the third consecutive season and 10th time since 2009.

Six-Game Stretch
The two games against San Diego State this week open a six-game home stretch for the Beavers at Goss Stadium. It's the second-longest homestand for OSU this season, behind a seven-game stretch versus Washington State, Gonzaga and Oklahoma State April 26-May 5.
