Beavers Ready to Open Pac-12 Tournament Friday

THE GAME: The No. 11 Oregon State women's basketball team heads to the Pac-12 Tournament this weekend. The Beavers will open the tournament Friday evening at 8:30 p.m. against the winner of Thursday's matchup between Utah and Washington.

OSU vs. UTAH: The Beavers are 17-7 all-time against Utah and Oregon State has won the last 10 meetings. OSU won the lone meeting between the two sides this season, notching a 71-63 victory at Gill Coliseum. Destiny Slocum scored 20 points vs. Utah, while Mikayla Pivec and Aleah Goodman put up 12 points apiece. Oregon State won the only previous meeting in the Pac-12 Tournament, a 50-35 decision in 2014.
OSU VS. UW: Oregon State is 39-51 all-time against Washington and has won the last seven meetings, including a pair of wins this season. The last meeting was a dominant performance by the Beavers, as the team shot 55.4 percent from the field in an 86-39 win.
