Beavers Back At Gill To Host Stanford Thursday

THE GAME: Oregon State (14-7, 6-3 Pac-12) will play its first of three straight home games when it hosts Stanford (11-10, 4-5 Pac-12) at 7 p.m. on Thursday at Gill Coliseum.
TELEVISION: The game will be televised on Pac-12 Network with Guy Haberman and Mike Montgomery calling the action.

Stanford has won three straight in the series and nine of the last 11, including two straight victories at Gill Coliseum. The Beavers' last home win over Stanford came on Jan. 9, 2014 (81-72) and their last win in the series came on Feb. 11, 2016 (62-50) on The Farm.
The teams met only once last season, which the Cardinal won 80-71 on Feb. 1 at Maples Pavilion. Tres Tinkle scored 18 points and the Thompson brothers added 10 points apiece. Reid Travis led Stanford with 24 points.
Stanford won both meetings two years. The first was a 62-46 victory on Jan. 19, 2017 at Gill Coliseum when Stephen Thompson Jr. scored a team-high 15 points. The second was a 79-66 win on Feb. 22, 2017 at Maples Pavilion when Drew Eubanks dropped 21 points and 14 rebounds, and Gligorije Rakocevic scored a career-high 16 points.
