Oregon State tallied 15 hits and Luke Heimlich won his 15th game of the season in a 14-1 win over LSU Saturday night at Goss Stadium. Adley Rutschman, Trevor Larnach and Zak Taylor all tallied three hits. Rutschman and Taylor each drove in three.
Doubles Record
Cadyn Grenier's fourth-inning double that helped propel the Beavers to a five-run frame was the team's 129th of the season, breaking the program's single-season record. The 2007 Beavers had 128. This season's club now stands at 130.
Launched
Nick Madrigal's seventh-inning home run Saturday was his third of the season, and first since Feb. 22 against Nebraska, in the Beavers' fifth game of the season. Oregon State has hit 55 home runs as a team, the fourth-most in a season in program history. It trails 1998 (60), 2000 (58) and 1997 (57).
Double Digits
Oregon State reached double-digit runs Saturday for the 15th time this season. That's the most in a single-season for the Beavers since the 2007 club reached that mark 18 times. The 2018 Beavers are 15-0 when scoring 10 or more.

Michael Gretler singled home a run in the third, and extended his hit streak to 10 games in the process. He had tallied two nine-game hit streaks this season leading up to Saturday.

Saturday's win pushed the Beavers to a 20-2 mark in NCAA Regional games at Goss Stadium since 2005, in the modern postseason era.

• Luke Heimlich's 15th win Saturday surpassed Scott Christman (1993), Andrew Moore (2013) and Jake Thompson (2017) for the most in a single-season at Oregon State. Heimlich also now has 35 career victories, one shy of Ben Wetzler's 36 from 2011-14.
