OSU and Vanderbilt are meeting for the fourth time
CORVALLIS, Ore. – Top-seeded Oregon State will take on Vanderbilt in the Corvallis Super Regional starting Friday at 6 p.m. PT., the NCAA announced Tuesday morning. The game will be broadcast on ESPN2.
Â
Game two of the Super Regional is slated for Saturday on ESPN, also at 6 p.m. Game three, if necessary, will be played Sunday at 6 p.m., on either ESPN2 or ESPNU. Times and channel listings are subject to change.
Â
The Beavers and Commodores, in game one, will be meeting for the fourth time. Vanderbilt has won the previous three meetings between the teams – 2008 in Tempe and twice in 2011 at the Nashville Super Regional.
Â
Beaver Nation has supported the No. 1 team in the nation in record fashion this season and we are excited to announce that we will be able to accommodate every ticket request made by our season ticket holders and Our Beaver Nation donors for Supers. To create an even more electric atmosphere at Goss Stadium at Coleman Field, we are adding left field bleacher seats.
Any additional tickets that become available can be purchased starting at 7 a.m. on Friday - follow @BeaverAthletics, @BeaverBaseball and @BeaverTickets for updates.
