The Game
Oregon State opens the College World Series Saturday afternoon against Cal State Fullerton. The Beavers and Titans get underway at 12 p.m. PT (2 p.m. in Omaha) at TD Ameritrade Park.

Bryce Fehmel held Vanderbilt to two runs in a complete-game effort to help guide Oregon State to a 9-2 win over Vanderbilt Saturday night at Goss Stadium. KJ Harrison homered for the second time in as many games and ended the night with four RBI as OSU clinched the Super Regional.
Thompson Racking Up The Honors
Jake Thompson leads the nation with 14 wins - which ties Scott Christman (1993) and Andrew Moore (2013) for the most in a single season at OSU. He's also racked up significant honors. He's one of four finalists for the Dick Howser Trophy and is also a finalist for the Gregg Olson Award.
School Record
Oregon State will head to Omaha with 54 wins, the most in school history. That surpassed the 2013 club's 52 wins.
Best Winning Percentage In 35 Years
Oregon State's .931 winning percentage is the best by a team entering the College World Series since Texas had a 57-4 (.934) record in 1982.
We Meet Again
Oregon State and Cal State Fullerton have played just five previous times, with the Titans holding a 4-1 advantage. The Beavers, however, were winners over CSF the last time the teams met, in 2007 at the College World Series. OSU came out on top, 3-2, en route to the second of two consecutive national titles.
