Luke Heimlich scattered four hits with six strikeouts in eight innings and Preston Jones and Jack Anderson each tallied two hits in a 9-0 win over Abilene Christian Thursday night. Heimlich improved to 10-1 on the night.Jones went 2-for-3 with three runs driven in, while Anderson was 2-for-5 with a pair of RBI in the win.

Bye Week To Cap 2017 Regular Season
Oregon State is playing a non-conference series at the end of the season due to a bye week on the Pac-12's conference schedule. The Beavers last had a bye to end the regular season in 2008, sweeping Pacific at Goss Stadium.

The 9-0 win marked Oregon State's 12th shutout of the season, which leads the nation. The Beavers are now three shy of tying the 2014 team's school record of 15.

Oregon State's 46th win of the season, on Thursday, set a school record for victories during the regular season. It surpassed the 2013 team's previous mark of 45. OSU is one shy of Louisville for the most in the nation.
