Â
Another Attendance Record
The 3,654 in attendance at Saturday's game marked a Goss Stadium record, surpassing the 3,602 against Kansas State at the 2013 Corvallis Super Regional. OSU is averaging 3,114 fans per home date this season, which is nearly 200 more than the school record of 2,937 last season.
Â
Another Shutout

Â
12-Game Winners
Eight of the now nine 12-game winners in Oregon State history have come since the turn of the century. Scott Christman, who is tied with Andrew Moore for the school record with 14 wins, did so in 1993. Moore accomplished his 14-win season in 2013 as a freshman. Next up for Jake Thompson is equaling Dallas Buck and Jonah Nickerson, who each had 13 wins in 2006.
Â
Thompson And Heimlich
Jake Thompson and Luke Heimlich tossed Oregon State's first back-to-back complete games of the season. They're the first two OSU starters to do so since Heimlich and Bryce Fehmel to cap the 2016 season. The duo have combined to throw just 209 pitches.
Â
Going For 27
A win Sunday would not only give OSU a sweep of Washington State, but would push the Beavers to 27-3 on the year, surpassing 1981 Arizona State for the most wins ever in conference play.
