Last Game
Drew Rasmussen struck out eight and KJ Harrison hit his first home run of the season as the fourth-ranked Oregon State baseball team defeated visiting Arizona State, 3-2, Friday night at Goss Stadium at Coleman Field. Harrison unloaded a 3-2 pitch from ASU starter Seth Martinez over the fence in left to put the Beavers up 2-0 in the fourth. The sophomore battled back from an 0-2 count to plate himself and junior Logan Ice.
Opener Vs. ASU
• The Beavers won their fourth consecutive series opener over Arizona State, dating back to 2013.
• OSU has out-scored the Sun Devils, 13-2, in series openers during that stretch.
• The 3-2 win on Friday marked the first runs ASU has scored in the series opener since winning 8-2 in 2012.
• ASU won games two and three in 2014 and 2015. Sun Devils won game two in 2013 before the Beavers took game three, 4-3, to claim the series.

• The series with the Sun Devils opens Pac-12 play for both teams.
• Beavers' first conference series is at Goss Stadium for the first time since 2008, when taking two-of-three from Washington.
