Last Game
Drew Rasmussen struck out a career-best 12 and Kyle Nobach and Logan Ice each hit home runs to pace the Beavers to an 8-5 win over San Francisco Friday night at Goss Stadium. Rasmussen scattered two hits and a run in six innings for his third win of the season. Ice went 3-for-3 and added a double and triple to his final line. Nobach also collected three hits and drove in two thanks to a two-run home run in the sixth.
Up in PDX
• The first two games of the series will air on KEX 1190 AM in the Portland area due to a conflict with the Trail Blazers.
• Sunday's game will return the Bewavers to Rip City Radio 620 AM.
• Team remains on KEJO 1240 AM in Corvallis.

• So what has Logan Ice done over his last three games?
• The junior is 9-for-10 with two doubles, two triples, three home runs and eight RBI. He was a single short of the cycle in Friday night's win.
• He upped his team-leading batting average to .474 and also leads OSU with four triples, four home runs and 17 RBI.
Against San Francisco
• Beavers are hosting a series against the Dons for the fourth time since 2001, and the third for three games.
• OSU last played USF in 2013, splitting a midweek series. The Dons snapped Oregon State's 15-game win streak to open that season.
• The Beavers are 6-3 at home against USF.
