
Beavers Ranked 7th in Both Polls

CORVALLIS – The Oregon State women's basketball team has matched the best ranking in school history this week, coming in at No. 7 in both the AP and USA Today/WBCA Coaches Poll. The Beavers remained static in the Associated Press rankings, and moved up one spot in the Coaches' Poll.
Oregon State has started the season with a 24-3 record, and sit tied with Arizona State atop the Pac-12 with a conference record of 15-1. The Beavers matched a school record by notching their 14th-straight win on Sunday, topping No. 12 UCLA 64-54, earning their fourth win over a ranked opponent this season.
Jamie Weisner score 18 points against USC on Friday, and followed that up with 25 points and a career-high 14 rebounds against UCLA on Sunday. For her efforts, she earned Pac-12 Player of the Week honors. For more on that award, click here.
The Beavers will head to the Bay Area this weekend for its final two regular season games of the season. Oregon State will face No. 13 Stanford on Friday before heading across the Bay to Cal on Sunday.
