The Game
Oregon State concludes its first weekend of play by taking on Utah in a non-conference game Monday afternoon at Surprise Stadium. First pitch is scheduled for 11 a.m. PT (12 p.m. in Arizona).

Last Game
Nick Madrigal singled home the game-winning run in the eighth inning to send the Beavers to an 8-7 victory over Minnesota on Sunday afternoon. Trever Morrison was walked intentionally Madrigal drilled a 1-0 pitch to right, scoring Cadyn Grenier from second. Caleb Hamilton hit a two-run home run in the second inning to get the Beavers on the board early. Max Engelbrekt earned his second save.
Madrigal Notes
• Nick Madrigal leads the Beavers with six runs batted in and is tied for the team lead with seven hits. He is equaled by Trever Morrison, who has at least one hit in all three games.
• Five of Madrigal's six runs batted in have come with two outs.
No Strikeouts
• The Beavers did not strike out offensively on Sunday against Minnesota. It's the first time the Beavers have failed to strike out since the 2013 season against USC.
• OSU has 14 walks to 12 strikeouts through the first three games.
• The Beavers had 15 walks to 25 strikeouts through the first three games in 2015.
Fehmel Out Of The Pen
• Freshman Bryce Fehmel has appeared in all three games this season, posting 3 2/3 innings. He's allowed just two baserunners - both via walks.
• The right-hander has inherited seven runners thus far, allowing only one to score.
Against Utah
• Monday's game will be a non-conference matchup with the Utes, the first since 2010 when Utah was a member of the Mountain West Conference.
• OSU last played a neutral-site game against Utah in 2004 and is 5-1 all-time against the Utes in such games.
• Beavers have held Utah to 12 runs in the last 10 games. OSU has scored 44 runs over that stretch.

• Sophomore Jack Anderson already has two multi-hit games this year.
