
Perfect Game Ranks Oregon State 6th

CORVALLIS, Ore. – Another day, another top 10 ranking for the Oregon State baseball team.
Perfect Game released its preseason top 25. The Beavers are ranked sixth, best amongst four Pac-12 Conference schools. Oregon State trails only No. 1 Florida, No. 2 Louisville, No. 3 Texas A&M, No. 4 Vanderbilt and No. 5 LSU.
It's the third top 10 preseason ranking for the Beavers, who find themselves at No. 5 according to D1Baseball.com and No. 8 per Collegiate Baseball.
Oregon State is looking to extend a school-record with an eighth-consecutive postseason appearance in 2016. The Beavers have been in the field of 64 10 of the last 11 seasons, winning two national championships while advancing to Omaha four times. OSU has also won four conference championships dating back to the 2005 season.
