
Beavers Ready For Challenge From Crusaders

THE GAME: Oregon State (4-0) returns home for a three-game homestand, beginning with a battle against Valparaiso (5-1) at 6 p.m. on Tuesday at Gill Coliseum.

THE SERIES: This will be the first-ever meeting between Oregon State and Valparaiso.
The Crusaders won 28 games last season and advanced to the NCAA Tournament for the second time in the last three years. They were the preseason pick to win the Horizon League after winning the regular season and league tournament titles last season.
Four Valpo players were picked on the preseason All-League teams, led by forward Alec Peters, an All-League selection last season.
