Registration Open for OSU Softball Winter Camps

CORVALLIS, Ore. – Registration is now open softball camps set to be hosted by the Oregon State softball team this winter, with four different camp and clinics scheduled.
The Oregon State softball staff will be on hand for all four camps beginning with the Holiday Showcase and the Coaches' Clinic, each of which are slated to be held on Saturday, Dec. 19.
The Holiday Showcase will be held first from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. PT at the Truax Indoor Center, with registration open to any junior college athletes as well as any junior or senior high school athletes. The Coaches Clinic follows the Holiday Showcase in an evening session in the club level of Reser Stadium beginning at 6 p.m. PT, also on Dec. 19.
Camps will also be available for all athletes ages 8-18 in January, as the Oregon State softball staff is set to host the Winter All-Skills Camp on Saturday, Jan. 9. The camp will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. PT. Winter All-Skills Camp attendees will be advised to arrive at a certain time for that camp depending on age and position.
The final clinic set for the winter season is the Worth Fastpitch Pro Player Clinic, scheduled for Sunday, Jan. 31. In addition to the Oregon State softball staff, the camp will feature three former All-Americans and current professional softball players as guest coaches, including Lauren Chamberlain, Janie Takeda and Kailee Cuico.
The Worth Fastpitch Pro Player Clinic is organized into two sessions. Session one for 10u-14u from 9 a.m. to noon PT, and session two for 14u-18 gold athletes from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. PT. A bat will be provided for each camper that attends the Worth Fastpitch Pro Player Clinic.
