2008
D'Anna underwent offseason shoulder surgery setting her behind in her training. Due to the rehabilitation, D'Anna's training got off to a slow start and she was never able to crack the bars lineup. D'Anna was chosen as OSU's NASPE (National Association for Sport and Physical Education) Outstanding Major of the Year. She was chosen for the honor by the faculty of OSU's Nutrition and Exercise Sciences department and was selected as the representative from OSU's College of Health and Human Science. D'Anna became OSU's 11th four-time NACGC/W Scholastic All-American.
2007
D'Anna had an outstanding season in the second position of the bars lineup, "hitting" eight out of nine routines this season. She did not "miss" since the season-opener at Florida. After serving as the alternate for four meets in the middle of the season, D'Anna returned to the lineup with a career-best 9.900 at Boise State. D'Anna scored 9.800 or higher four times this season. D'Anna was named to the Pac-10 All-Academic First Team for the second year in a row and had a paper published in the February 2007 issue of Journal of Physical Education, Recreation and Dance. D'Anna earned her third straight NACGC/W Scholastic All-America honor.
2006
D'Anna made a dramatic improvement between her true freshman season of 2005 and the beginning of the 2006 season. D'Anna nailed down the alternate spot on the uneven bars early in the season. Despite being the alternate, D'Anna was called upon in eight of the first nine meets before the rest of the lineup got healthy enough to perform together at the Salbasgeon Suites Invitational. She was selected as a NACGC/W Scholastic All-American.
