· Captains for OSU at the start of the game were Lyle Moevao, Sean Canfield, Stephen Paea and Suaesi Tuimaunei. USC won the coin toss and elected to defer.
Oregon State Team Notes
· The game was the 25rd straight game that the Beavers had a game televised, which is a school record. It dates back to Nov. 3, 2007 at USC.
· Nine penalties for 85 yards are both season-highs for Oregon State.
· OSU had two interceptions in a game for the first time this season.

· The first quarter fumble was the time the Beavers have lost a fumble in 2009.
· CB James Dockery's first quarter interception is the first of his career.
· TE Joe Halahuni finished the game with 9 receptions for 127 yards. Both are career-highs and is the first 100-yard game of his career.
· TB Jovan Stevenson's 2nd quarter reception was the first of his career.
· TB Ryan McCants played for the first time this season after recovering from a knee injury suffered during spring ball.
