MANHATTAN, Kan. (AP) - Gilson DeJesus had 21 points and 10 rebounds and Matt Siebrandt also scored 21 to lead Kansas State over Oregon State 90-72 on Sunday.
Kansas State (6-4) survived a second-half rally for its fourth straight win. The streak is the longest in Jim Wooldridge's three years as coach and the best since 1999, when the Wildcats won five straight.
DeJesus made all seven of his field goals, including six 3-pointers, while Siebrandt was 8-of-10 from the floor.
Jimmie Haywood scored 26 points to lead Oregon State (6-2), which saw a six-game winning streak snapped. Philip Ricci had 16 points and 12 rebounds and Floyd North added 11.
Down by 14 points at halftime, the Beavers opened the second half with a 9-0 run to pull within 52-45 with 15:53 left in the game.
Oregon State got as close as six before Siebrandt scored four straight points to put Kansas State ahead 65-54 lead with 11:56 left to play.
The Wildcats made 9-of-12 3-pointers and shot 57 percent from the floor.
Kansas State went ahead for good with 16:22 left in the first half and led 48-34 at halftime, then opened its biggest lead at 88-70 with 1:27 left in the game.
Tim Ellis added 14 points for the Wildcats, Pervis Pasco scored 11 and Frank Richards made 10 assists.
