Annie Longtain was hired by Oregon State as Director of Compliance in September 2022 after quickly climbing the ranks at Southern Utah University. She currently oversees recruiting monitoring, initial and transfer eligibility and student-athlete housing. Annie held roles as both Academic Advisor and as Assistant Athletics Director for Compliance at Southern Utah. Prior to entering athletics administration, she coached Lacrosse at Willamette University.

Annie earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Oregon, where she was a lacrosse student-athlete. During her time at Oregon, she was a member of the SAAC Executive Board where she developed and delivered the Women's Empowerment Symposium for female student-athletes to learn and network with professional females while preparing them for life after college athletics. Longtain graduated with a M.S in Athletic Leadership from Clemson University in 2021.
