Janie Kearl joined the Oregon State Beavers as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach in August 2022. Kearl is responsible for the design and implementation of strength and conditioning programs for Men’s Soccer, Women’s Soccer, and Cross Country.
Prior to Oregon State, Kearl was an Assistant Sports Performance Coach at the University of Kansas from 2019-2022 where she worked with the Women’s Soccer, Swimming, and Diving programs. She also previously served as a Strength and Conditioning Assistant at North Carolina State and completed internships with US Ski and Snowboard and The University of Utah in 2018. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA.
Janie, a Salt Lake City native holds a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Utah. While attending the University of Utah, she played on the Women’s Soccer team where she was a Pac 12 all-academic selection from 2015-2017.
