CAREER NOTES: ‘Hit’ 56 out of 62 of her career routines … won five event titles in her career (all five on bars) … performed in 45 meets in her career.
2019: ‘Hit’ 17 out of 20 routines and won two uneven bars titles in 2019. Championship season: Scored a career-high tying 9.90 on the bars in three straight postseason meets – at Pac-12 Championships (3/23), the NCAA Corvallis Regional Second Round (4/5) and Regional Finals (4/6) … tallied a 9.850 on the bars at NCAA Championships (4/19) … also performed on the balance beam at Pac-12 Championships but missed the routine. Regular season: Posted scores of 9.875 on the bars against UCLA (2/2), California (2/17), and in OSU’s tri-meet against Bowling Green and Alaska (3/1) … registered a career-best 9.850 on beam at Arizona State (2/22) and at LSU (3/8) … notched a 9.825 on the beam in OSU’s quad meet against Iowa, North Carolina and Seattle Pacific (3/15) … earned two event titles (2 bars).
2018: ‘Hit’ 12 out of 13 routines and won two event titles in 2018 … performed in the uneven bars lineup in all 12 meets. Championship season: Scored 9.825 on the bars at the NCAA Raleigh Regional (4/7) … tallied a 9.800 on the bars at Pac-12 Championships (3/24). Regular season: Set a career-high with a 9.900 on the bars at Utah (1/19) … twice posted scores of 9.875 against Arizona (2/17) and against BYU (3/5) … registered scores of 9.80 or better on the bars nine times in 2018 … performed in the beam lineup for the first time since 2016, scoring 9.725 against Michigan State … registered a pair of event titles on bars.
2017: ‘Hit’ five out of seven routines in 2017. Championship season: Inserted into the uneven bars lineup for the first time in the postseason at NCAA Championships (4/14) scoring 9.7375. Regular season: Began the season in the bars lineup for the first six meets of the year … posted a career-best 9.850 on the bars in the home opener against Northern Illinois and Seattle Pacific (1/21) … also posted a 9.800 on the bars against UCLA (1/28) … performed in exhibition on the beam four times with a season-best of 9.725 against Utah (2/11) … also performed a pair exhibitions on bars including what would have been a career-high 9.925 against Illinois-Chicago (3/11).
2016: ‘Hit’ all 22 routines and won an event title on bars ... performed in the uneven bars lineup in all 12 meets and on balance beam 10 times. Championship season: Recorded scores of 9.825 on bars and 9.800 on beam at Pac-12 Championships (3/19), tying her personal mark on the bars … posted scores of 9.750 on bars and beam at the NCAA Athens Regional. Regular season: Scored a career-best 9.850 on the uneven bars against Arizona State (1/30) and matched it twice more – against California (2/20) and at Texas Woman’s (3/12) … set her season-best 9.825 on the beam against Ball State & Seattle Pacific (3/4).
PREP CAREER: Owns dual citizenship in Canada and Spain and has trained with both countries’ national teams … finished second on the vault and eighth in the all-around at the Spanish National Championships in 2014 … finished seventh in the senior all-around at the Nadia Comaneci International Championships and 12th at Elite Canada in 2014 … in 2013, she helped the Canadian team to a second-place finish at the Massilia Open Cup in France placing 13th in the all-around … took eighth in the all-around at Elite Canada and sixth in the all-around at Gymnix International in 2013 … medaled on all five events, finishing second on vault, floor exercise and in the all-around, and was third on uneven bars and balance beam at 2013 Ontario Championships … went on to finish seventh in the all-around at Canadian Championships, with third on bars and sixth and seventh on beam and floor respectively … trained at Manjak’s Gymnastics under the guidance of Kelly Manjak.
