McMillan, who competed for the Beavers from 2014-17, spent the season assisting head coach Tanya Chaplin coaching the balance beam. Oregon State earned a sixth-place finish at NCAA Championships, the Beavers’ best finish since placing fifth in 1996. Junior Maela Lazaro earned second team All-America honors on the balance beam.

As a gymnast, McMillan earned All-America honors on the floor exercise as a senior in 2017. A finalist for the AAI Award, given annually to the top senior gymnast in the nation, McMillan was named as the 2017 Pac-12 Gymnast of the Year. She ‘hit’ 130 out of 135 routines in her career and won 40 event titles – tying for the seventh-most in OSU history. She is one of nine gymnasts in Oregon State history to record a 9.90 on each of the four events.

A native of Coburg, Ore., Kaytianna earned degree in human development and family science with an option in human services and a minor in psychology from Oregon State in 2017.
