• First-team all-league and all-state honorable mention on the defensive line
• Also named two-time defensive MVP for Mountainside
• Collected 54 tackles with 13 sacks, three forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries as a senior
• As a junior, totaled 49 tackles with five sacks and two forced fumbles
• Also lettered in wrestling and track and field. In wrestling, was the Metro League district champion at 195 and took sixth place at the 6A State Championships

• Father, James, played at Oregon State from 1997-2001 and later the NFL’s New Orleans Saints from 2002-06 after being selected in the third round of the 2002 NFL Draft
