Eron Hodges

Eron Hodges is in his first season at Oregon State in 2026 as general manager. He arrived in Corvallis after two seasons at Alabama, where he served as associate director of player personnel.
Before Alabama, Hodges spent two years at TCU (2022-23) as director of recruiting while also serving as a defensive analyst working primarily with cornerbacks. He spent the 2021 season at Louisville as a recruiting coordinator and defensive analyst and the 2020 season at Texas Tech as director of recruiting.
Prior to Texas Tech, Hodges spent three years as director of player personnel at Purdue, where he helped the Boilermakers sign the highest-rated recruiting class in more than a decade, ranked No. 25 nationally by 247Sports. He also served three years as assistant director of player personnel at Ohio State, joining the Buckeyes' recruiting staff as an analyst in 2015 after previously working as a strength and conditioning coach.
Hodges began his career in collegiate athletics as a strength and conditioning coach at Notre Dame in 2012, and he spent the 2013 and 2014 seasons as a graduate assistant at Kent State working primarily with linebackers. He also worked as a linebackers coach at Valparaiso in 2012 and Saint Joseph's in 2015.

Hodges served four years in the U.S. Navy after graduating from high school. He earned a bachelor's degree in exercise science from Illinois State in 2012 and a master's degree in sports management from Kent State in 2015.
