OREGON STATE – 2014: Michael reclaimed his position as the starting long snapper after missing most of 2013 due to injury … an extremely dependable long snapper throughout his career … very athletic for the position and was often one of the first players down field in coverage … recorded two tackles on the season … returned from injury to participate in spring drills. 2013: Michael started the season as the first string long snapper … suffered a season-ending knee injury at San Diego State while covering a punt … awarded a scholarship in the spring. 2012: After two years as an apprentice, Michael was promoted to the first-string long snapper … fifth on the squad with four special teams tackles. 2011: A team member, but did not see any game action. 2010: Redshirted after joining the team in time for spring practice.
