OREGON STATE – 2014: Micah is the front runner to maintain the dime back role he filled last season, but will face a challenge from several young players … will continue to have an impact on special teams … good athlete … smart player. 2013: Micah was the second-string strong safety for the second straight season … awarded a scholarship in September … played in all 13 games primarily on special teams and at safety in the dime package … strong player on special teams … finished the season with three tackles. 2012: Played in three late season games … made two tackles against Nicholls State, and had his first career interception (44-yard return) in that game. 2011: Redshirt.
ROSEBURG: Four-sport athlete (football, basketball, baseball and track) earning eight letters … football team captain as a senior … earned first team all-league at safety and second team all-league at quarterback and punter as a senior … second team all-league at safety and honorable mention at wide receiver as a junior … second team all-state at safety … two-time first team all-league in basketball … two-time all-league in right field for the baseball team … finished sixth in state in the triple jump and was part of the state’s second place 4x400 relay.
PERSONAL: Born October 7, 1992 in Coos Bay, Oregon … son of Jay and Linda Audiss … has two sisters, Jacqui and Kelly … honor roll student graduated with a 3.8 grade point average … enjoys fishing and windsurfing … studying electrical and computer engineering.
