WAUKON: Glyeb wasrated the sixth-best prospect in Iowa, per Rivals … helped the Indians to the state title game … First Team All-District … was the team’s kicker, and earned District MVP at the position … Des Moines Register, Hampton Chronicle, Iowa City Press-Citizen and Clinton Herald First Team All-State … American Family Insurance USA Today All-Iowa First Team … PrepStar All-Midwest Region … participated in OSU’s summer camp … also participated in track.
PERSONAL: Born July 11, 1995 in Kiev, Ukraine … son of Scott and Natasha Ewing … has one sister, Gabriella … moved to the United States when he was four – returned to Europe following the second grade and attended a private school before returning to the USA prior to seventh grade … enjoys hunting, skiing, fishing, snowmobiling, tubing and kayaking … member of National Honor Society … chose Oregon State because “I had an instant bond with all of the coaches. From all the schools I had to pick, I knew that Oregon State was the right fit. I knew these coaches really know what they are doing and they can get me to the next level after college” … plans to pursue a degree in forestry.
