OREGON STATE – 2014: Garrett Weinreich (pronounced WINE-rick) performed well during spring drills … earned the starting job at left guard for the season opener against Portland State … aggravated an old knee injury from his true freshman year against the Vikings … played in two games … worked at guard and tackle while the line went through a series of injuries at midseason. 2013: Garrett missed spring practice while rehabilitating from knee surgery in August … limited availability throughout the season due to injury … played in four games on special teams. 2012: Garrett injured his knee early in August’s camp and missed the season … was expected to play as a true freshman … redshirt.
