Ali Spani is in her second year as a program coordinator for the football program, and has been on the staff for nearly five years.

Among her responsibilities for head coach Jonathan Smith’s program is overseeing student employees, collaborating with the recruiting staff to facilitate coaching clinics, junior days, and game-day recruiting events. She also is a point of contact for the program for the general public and on-campus personnel.

Spani has a background in human resources and is actively involved in volunteer and community relations programs in the local and statewide areas.

She is a 2018 graduate of Oregon State with a bachelor’s degree in human development and family sciences.
