DAYTON: Played running back, safety and kicker for the Pirates … honored as the Johnny Carpenter Male Prep Athlete of the Year for the state of Oregon in 2011 … named 3A Co-Offensive Player of the Year … also played point guard for the basketball team and track – long jump, 100-meter dash and discus … team captain for football and basketball teams 2009-12 … earned first team all-state at running back and safety 2009-11 … earned first team all-state at point guard 2009-11 … rushed for 1,800 yards as a senior; rushed for 2,500 yards as a junior … recorded 135 tackles in 2011 … helped football team to 12-1 season as a senior with only loss coming in the state championship game.
