• Four-year letterwinner for head coach Pat Swapp.
• Rated as the No. 452 high school player by Perfect Game USA.
• Played for the Kansas City Royals Area Code Team in 2012.
• Also competed twice for the Seattle Mariners Scout Team.
• Served as team captain both junior and senior seasons.
• Earned first-team all-league honors as a senior after batting .380 with two triples, one home run and 20 stolen bases.
• Named first-team all-state as a junior after batting .516 with 11 doubles, one home run, 23 RBI and 21 stolen bases.
• Named honorable mention all-state as a sophomore when batting .402 with eight doubles, one home run, 18 RBI and 15 stolen bases.
• As a freshman, hit .370 with nine doubles, 15 RBI and five stolen bases.
• Also lettered in basketball for three seasons and was a second-team all-conference selection as a junior and honorable mention as a sophomore.
