• Seeded second in the 174 lb. division at the Pac-12 Championship, he won the title behind a second win over Stanford's Tyler Eischens for the automatic bid to the NCAAs.
• Went 2-2 at the NCAA Championships, where he was seeded 12th.
• Selected as the Pac-12's Wrestler of the Week (Jan. 10) after his 9-4 win by decision over fourth-ranked Dustin Plott of Oklahoma State that saw nearly 7,000 fans inside Gill Coliseum.

• Olmos jumped into the starting lineup at 165 pounds wrestling to a 9-15 overall record, with a 3-9 record in dual meets.
• Took 4th place at 165 pounds during the 2019 Pac-12 Championships in his first attempt.
• 2019 Pac-12 All-Academic First Team selection.
• 2019 Oregon State Scholar Athlete of the Month – April.
• Placed runner-up at the Mike Clock Open in November at 165 pounds.

• Member of the national honor society, honor roll, and Academic Team Captain of San Diego County.
