FAIRFIELD, Calif. – The Oregon State men's golf team took second at the 2026 West Coast Championships Sunday, defeating San Diego in the semifinals before losing in the finals to Pepperdine.

The Beavers defeated San Diego, 3-2, and capped the victory when Collin Hodgkinson nailed a 4-foot putt on the 18^th hole to break a tie. Hodgkinson won his match against San Diego's Reed Arnaldo, 1UP, while Antoine Jasmin defeated You Seong Choi, 4&2, and Stanley Lin was a winner over Reid Piron, 2&1.

Nguyen Anh Minh was downed 2&1 by Cooper Humphreys and Rylan Johnson lost 4&3 to WCC individual champion Ian Maspat.

Lin made a team-best 10 birdies over the two matches, while Jasmin connected on nine and Anh Minh, who took second individually Saturday, finished with eight.

Lin also defeated Mahanth Chirravuri of Pepperdine as the Beavers lost to the Waves, 4-1, in the title match. Lin won 4&3.

The Beavers came up just short in the title match, with Jasmin dropping a 1UP match to Carson Kim. Anh Minh also lost 1UP to Brady Siravo and Johnson was downed 2&1 to Byungho Lee. Hodgkinson also dropped a 2&1 decision to Willy Walsh.
