Three Women’s Golfers Voted To WCC All-Conference Team

CORVALLIS, Ore. – Oregon State women's golfers Kyra Ly, Raya Nakao and Kate Nakaoka were all voted to the 10-member WCC All-Conference Team, as selected by the league's coaches on Thursday.
It's the second-straight year Ly and Nakao have been selected to the WCC All-Conference Team.
Oregon State was selected to the 2026 NCAA Division I Regionals and will compete Monday, May 11 through Wednesday, May 13 at the Stanford Golf Course in Stanford, California. The top five teams and low individual not on an advancing team will advance to compete in the NCAA National Championships to be played May 22-27 at the Omni La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, Calif.
Ly, a senior from Portland, leads the team with a scoring average of 72.73 with 14 of her 33 rounds in red figures. She won a share of the individual title at the Mercedes-Benz Collegiate Championship, the third of her Oregon State career. Ly's 11-under 202 at the Mercedes-Benz Collegiate Championship equaled the second-lowest three-round score in program history.
Nakao, a junior from Kaneohe, Hawai'i, has a scoring average of 73.36 in 33 rounds, the second best on the Beavers. She has fired 11 sub-par scores this season and has four Top 10 finishes, including a tie for second place at the WCC Championship.
Nakaoka, a true freshman from Mililani, Hawai'i, has played in every tournament this season and has a scoring average of 73.48 in 33 rounds. She has recorded four Top 10 finishes, including a career-best tie for fourth place at the Molly Collegiate Invitational. Nakaoka has posted nine scores in red figures.
