Beavers Pack Up for Strong Finish at George Oja Invitational

CORVALLIS, Ore. – The Oregon State cross country team continued its solid fall campaign with a balanced showing at the George Oja Invitational, placing several runners in the top 25.
Leading the Beavers was Cadence Kasprick, who took fourth overall in 20:40.3 to pace the team. Katie Kopec followed in 11th at 21:13.5, while Delaney Ulrich, who finished 16th in 21:27.9 and Payton Smith, who placed 18th, racing a 21:30.1, added key scoring finishes. Freshman Jadyn Kipe rounded out the top five in 21st with a time of 21:32.3 in another strong outing.
Reese Morkert raced 21:56.0 for 33rd and Julia Couch placed 46th, posting a time of 22:15.0, provided additional depth.
