LOS ANGELES, Calif. – The Oregon State men's basketball team fell to USC 82-54 Saturday evening at the Galen Center in Los Angeles, Calif.

Jordan Pope led the Beavers with 14 points, going 4-for-4 from the floor and 3-for-3 from beyond the arc. Tyler Bilodeau had 12 points, while Dexter Akanno finished with 10 points and four assists.

Jayden Stevens tallied seven points on 3-for-5 shooting.

USC used an early 10-0 run to take a 12-5 lead. The Trojans were in front 22-13 at the under-8 media timeout, on their way to a 38-23 halftime advantage.

The Trojans extended the advantage to 22 five minutes into the second half. USC led by as many as 33, before taking the win by 28.

Harrison Hornery led a quartet of Trojans in double-figures.

Michael Rataj was unavailable for the second half of action due to injury.

The Beavers will return home on Thursday for a matchup with Washington State.
