Jordan Poyer, Buffalo Bills – Poyer started, made eight tackles, and forced a fumble in Buffalo's 27-24 loss to Kansas City.
Jermar Jefferson's Detroit Lions advanced to the NFC Championship Game with a 31-23 win over Tampa Bay on Sunday. The Lions visit San Francisco Sunday at 3:30 p.m. PT. The game airs on FOX. Jefferson is on Detroit's practice squad.
