Oregon State Announces Non-Conference Schedule
September 26, 2023 | Women's Basketball
CORVALLIS, Ore. – Oregon State women's basketball announced its 2023-24 non-conference schedule on Friday.
Â
The non-league slate includes nine games in the friendly confines of Gill Coliseum including hosting 2023 Sweet 16 team Villanova on Nov. 12.
Â
Oregon State returns seven players from its 2022-23 season, including all five members of the highest-ranked recruiting class in school history following a strong freshman campaign. Season tickets for the 2023-24 season are on-sale at beavertickets.com.
Â
Fans will get their first chance to watch the Beavers in action on October 29 when they host Western Washington in an exhibition game.
Â
The season opener for 2023-24 is slated for November 6 when OSU welcomes Arkansas Pine-Bluff to Corvallis. The showdown with the Wildcats will be the second contest of the season, followed by games against UC Davis (November 17) and UMBC (November 22).
Â
Oregon State's annual Beavers Beyond the Classroom game will be November 29 against Weber State. The game is not included in season ticket packages to provide an opportunity for kids across Linn and Benton counties an opportunity to watch the Beavs in action. We appreciate our season ticket holders' support and understanding that this event is important to our program and community.
Â
December opens with a game against Western Kentucky (Dec. 2) followed by games against Jackson State (Dec. 9) and Santa Clara (Dec. 15).
Â
The Beavers will once again host the Maui Classic on December 19-20, facing off with Southeastern Louisiana and Texas Tech on the island. The games will be hosted on Maui, with exact location to be determined by local partners and Oregon State.
Â
The non-conference slate concludes on December 28 when the Beavs return to Corvallis to host Morgan State.
