Final Chance to Impress Awaits OSU XC in Sacramento
November 09, 2023 | Women's Cross Country
SACRAMENTO, Calif. –  Oregon State Cross Country will get its final opportunity to make a case for its inclusion in the NCAA National Championships or earn an automatic bid on Friday morning at the NCAA West Regionals.
Â
The meet's top two teams and top-four individuals not on a qualifying team automatically advance to next Saturday's NCAA Championships in Charlottesville. A top-five finish may be enough to push OSU into the meet as one of the 13 at-large squads.
Â
Live results for the meet can be found here.
Oregon State is ranked fourth in the region and 17th in the nation by the USTFCCCA. OSU is one of six ranked teams in the west region on the women's side along with no. 7 Stanford, no. 8 Washington, no. 12 Oregon, no. 21 Cal Baptist and no. 30 Portland.

The duo was named to the All-Pac-12 team for the third straight year together and for Mitchell's fourth time overall, most in school history. Â
