No. 12 Oregon State (8-2, 5-2 Pac-12) share the co-championship alongside Arizona State, Cal and Utah.
CORVALLIS, Ore. – For the first time in program history, the Gym Beavs have won a share of the Pac-12 Regular Season Championship after picking up five conference wins.
"I'm excited for this team and proud that they have earned a share of the title," commented head coach Tanya Chaplin. "I'm looking forward to watching them write the rest of their story this season."
The Beavers had a stellar conference season inside Gill Coliseum going a perfect 4-0 against Pac-12 opponents, beginning with a conference-opening Pac-12 win over UCLA. In back-to-back wins over Arizona State and Washington, Oregon State tallied its highest scores of the season with a 197.375 against the Sun Devils before adding a 197.275 against the Huskies.
The Orange & Black registered their highest road score of the season at No. 4 Utah on Feb. 18 with a 197.150 inside the Jon M. Hunstman Center. Freshman Jade Carey led the squad with her sixth consecutive all-around title while senior Madi Dagen added a career-best 39575 all-around.
Concluding the Pac-12 home slate on Feb. 25, the Orange & Black took down Stanford (197.225-195.050) on Senior Night.
Through eight meets, Oregon State has had five 197s which hasn't been done since the 2005 season. The Beavers have also reached 49 points for each rotation in the last five meets which is the first time since 2018.
The Beavers close out the regular season this Sunday on the road, travelling to Denver, Colo. to compete against No. 14 Denver, No. 18 Arkansas and Nebraska. The quad meet is set to begin at 1 p.m. PT.
