December 02, 2022 | Football
CORVALLIS, Ore. – Oregon State punt returner Anthony Gould has been named a Pro Football Focus First-Team All-American, while right tackle Taliese Fuaga has been selected as honorable mention.
Gould is one of just four players nationally with two punt returns for touchdowns this season. He leads the nation with 18.57 yards per return. He's totaled 260 yards overall, and is the first Beaver to surpass 200 in the same season since Sammie Stroughter in 2006.
Fuaga, meanwhile, earned honorable mention honors thanks to an 81.3 overall grade from PFF this season, which ranks among the nation's top tackles. He was credited with an 86.3 mark in run blocking.
Both Gould and Fuaga were named First-Team All-Pac-12 by PFF earlier in the week.
