
Volleyball Welcomes LA Schools for Final Home Matches of 2022 Season

CORVALLIS, Ore. – Oregon State returns to Gill Coliseum for their final two home matches of the season on Friday and Sunday against USC and UCLA. First serve against the Trojans is set for 6 p.m. on Friday evening, while Sunday's match against the Bruins is scheduled for a 12 p.m. first serve.

VICIOUS VERNON
Mychael Vernon has finished in double figures for kills in 19 of her 25 matches played this season. She recorded a career-high 22 kills in the win over the Buffs on Oct. 21, swinging .333 in the process. Of the 25 matches, Vernon has been the top attacker for the Beavs in 14, including 10 of the Beavs Pac-12 matches. She leads the Beavs with 302 kills on the season.
IZZI, IZZI, IZZI
A two-year starter at Oregon State, Izzi Szulczewski recorded Oregon State's first triple-double in five years against Portland, and is one of just two PAC-12 athletes with a triple-double this season. She is the only PAC-12 athlete with multiple triple-doubles this season and one of just 16 in the country.
NEEDING POCKET ACES
The Beavers have yet to be beaten this season through 26 matches when collecting more service aces than their opponents, but have only done so four times, compiling a 4-0 with four matches remaining this season. OSU is averaging 6.25 aces per match in the four wins, compared to just 3.27 aces per match in the other 22 matches, where the Beavs hold a 3-17 record.
KILLER KINLEY
Freshman Kinley Swan has made just 25 errors to go along with 91 kills on 194 attempts with four matches of PAC-12 play left. Swan is ninth in the conference with a .340 hitting percentage through 14 matches of league play
