Three Oregon State Runners Headed to Iowa State to Compete in 5K

Beaver trio set to compete in indoor event
CORVALLIS – A trio of Oregon State runners will head to Ames, Iowa to compete in the 5K Friday afternoon at the Iowa State Classic.

A Series of Firsts:
Friday's meet will mark the first time competing in an indoor 5K for all three participating Oregon State runners.
Â
Cross Country Start:
The Oregon State cross country team opened its season last week with a third-place finish at the Oregon XC Open. The Beavers finished ahead of the Ducks at the event, the team's first win over Oregon in program history.
