
Montague-Field Named A Polynesian Hall of Fame Finalist

HONOLULU – Former offensive lineman Harry Montague-Field has been named a finalist for the Polynesian Football Hall of Fame Class of 2022, it was announced on Thursday.
Montague-Field lettered in 1932 and 1933, helping the program to a 10-8-2 record over the two seasons after transferring from Hawai'i. He was named to the 1933 Pacific Coast All-American Team and selected to play in the 1934 East-West Shrine Game.
Montague-Field went on to play professional football for the Chicago Cardinals from 1934-36 and the Los Angeles Bulldogs in 1937.
The selection committee will vote in the coming weeks and the 2022 class will be announced on Nov. 4.
